OZAN Bienes Raíces, based in Córdoba, Argentina (contact: info@ozanbienesraices.com), is the controller of the personal data collected through this site, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.
Data we collect
Through the site's forms (inquiries, appraisal requests and contact) we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, phone, email and the content of your message. If you enter into a rental agreement managed by the agency, we also process the data required for contract management, collection (through Mercado Pago) and invoicing (tax ID, as required by ARCA/AFIP).
Purpose
We use your data exclusively to answer your inquiries, schedule visits and appraisals, manage real estate transactions and their legal obligations (contracts, collections and invoicing), and send you communications directly related to your request. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Processors and third-party services
To operate the site we use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (web hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (content delivery and images), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (usage statistics, only with your cookie consent), Mercado Pago (rent collection processing) and ARCA/AFIP services (electronic invoicing). Each provider processes data under its own policies and the applicable data processing agreements. Some providers may host data outside Argentina, in countries or frameworks with adequate levels of protection.
Retention
We keep inquiry and appraisal data for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the commercial history. Data linked to contracts and invoicing is kept for the periods required by applicable tax and civil regulations.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion at any time by writing to info@ozanbienesraices.com. The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints regarding breaches of data protection rules (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), management panel access restricted by authentication and roles, and protected storage of service credentials.

The technical development and maintenance of this site is provided by Bladelink (bladelink.company), acting as technology provider for OZAN Bienes Raíces, with access to data strictly limited to what is necessary for platform support.
